Have you ever known that dust storms of Mars are the largest in the solar system with their capacity of lasting for months and blanketing the entire red planet, the Great Red Spot on Jupiter’s surface is three times wider than the Earth at its widest diameter, the Mercury’s surface reaches a scorching 840 degrees F (450 degrees C) when the planet is nearest the sun or nowhere in the solar system but the Earth can find atmospheres loaded with free oxygen? The things are among the most amazing facts about the Earth and its siblings very few people have ever heard about.

Nowhere in the solar system but the Earth, which is covered in oceans of water, can find atmospheres loaded with free oxygen

The Great Red Spot, a giant storm seen for more than 300 years, is the most unique feature on Jupiter’s surface. It is three times wider than the Earth at its widest diameter

The giant hexagon circling Saturn’s north pole has ever been observed on any other planet with each of its sides big enough to fit nearly four Earths inside (7,500 miles or 12,500 kilometers)

The Saturn is best known for its spectacular rings. One ring that was discovered in 2009 measures at least 200 times the diameter of the planet

Mars’s dust storms are the largest in the solar system with their capacity of lasting for months and blanketing the entire red planet

Neptune, where jet stream winds can travel at more than 1,500 mph, remains a mystery that how it gets energy to drive the fastest planetary winds in the solar system though it is far from the sun and has relatively weak internal heat

Uranus is tilted so far that it orbits the sun on its side with the axis of its spin nearly pointing at the star

The red planet houses not only the highest mountain but also the deepest and longest valley in the solar system. For example, Olympus Mons is roughly 17 miles (27 kilometers) high, about three times as tall as Mount Everest

The Mercury’s surface can reach a scorching 840 degrees F (450 degrees C) when the planet is nearest the sun

Venus’s temperature can reach 870 degrees F (465 degrees C), hot enough to melt lead, though it is just the second planet nearest the sun

NASA space probes have recorded this phenomena and it remains a mystery, any thoughts?

Best answer:

Answer by Prometheus
I explain this in my book. This is not a storm it is a permanent vortex and is associated with the dynamic functions of the gas giant. It may be compared to the water swooshing down the bathtub drain-hole. If you observe this you will see a similar pentagonal or hexagonal form displayed by the eddy waves which the vortex produces. Read my book………….

In cidentally , I believe the cameras detected a similar vortex at the South Pole if I’m not mistaken but its form was less distinct that at the Noth P.

Best answer:

Answer by Divine Hug
Saturday was named no later than the 2nd century for the planet Saturn, which controlled the first hour of that day according to Vettius Valens. Infact
Saturday is associated with the planet Saturn and symbolized by that planet’s symbol as well

Individuals find out about the Solar System at a very young age. From primary school and up until secondary school, young people receive sizable insight on lots of things and details about what you will discover with the Solar System along with the whole galaxy. Some kids in addition to adults are quite immersed they wanted to turn out to be astronauts right after they grow older to obtain an in-depth knowledge with all the different exoplanets that comprises our Solar System. The Solar System is was made up of sun besides other astronomical products that are gravitationally bound in an orbit all-around it. Of the physical objects that envelopes the Sun and orbits in its place, the masses they have is enclosed making up the exoplanets that each of folks fully understand. You can find rising big and small planets waiting around to be found by humankind.

The planet in concentration currently is really what several astronauts describe as the 5th not to mention the biggest planet in the Solar System. Jupiter is its label and it’s in the fifth place orbiting around the Sun. Relating to its dimensions, it is observed by folks concentrated into such understanding as a gas giant as it have got a mass that is a bit less than one-thousandth of the Sun. But when you can compare it with all the mass of all the so-called remaining exoplanets which surrounds the Sun, you will learn that must be two and a half times larger than all those merged. Jupiter is not just the gas giant planet because Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus are too although the former is definitely the largest of all.

Of course, if you can methodically assess the Jupiter atmosphere, not only this is the major additionally it is proud of owning the largest sized terrestrial atmosphere from the whole Solar System. With most data on the several exoplanets recognized and studied by astronauts, they found that Jupiter has molecular hydrogen (H2) within its atmosphere and turning up to 5000 kms in height. The planet’s clouds have dazzling colors, the effect of the chemical side effects with the factors present in its atmosphere.

Most of the variables and particles within Jupiter atmosphere are helium, ammonia, hydrogen deuteride, ethane, water, water ice aerosols, methane, including ammonia hydrosulfide aerosols. And its said that Jupiter has 63 moons and spins a lot quicker as opposed to various other exoplanets inside the Solar System. Wouldn’t it be nice to go on a space visit to explore several items you will get in that planet?

Article by Ben Norton

In ancient Roman mythology, Venus was called the god of enjoy, beauty, and fertility (derived from the image of the Greek goddess, Aphrodite). This Roman religious belief gave bear the name of a celestial body, hence the name of the environment Venus. Venus will be the nearest neighboring planet of the Earth, sitting second from the sun in the arrangement of the solar method. It has earned its place as the 6th largest planet, and is the just one of its type having a clockwise revolution from the sunlight. Venus is in addition the brightest bulb within the sky observed by the unaided eye.The location, size, orbital behavior, and visibility, are features and distinctions that represent the various theories surrounding the discovery of . The questions that lie on who, when, and how it was found, are justified by the following series of occasions:The Morning and the Evening Star: The Visibility of VenusThe Earth Venus has been seen by humans just before it was even known to be a planet. Venus has been simply spotted by early human settlers owing to its extreme brightness level among the rest. For the duration of the prehistoric times, Venus was it is said thought of as having two unique entities. Because it consistently moved within the sky occasionally, it earned an identity observed at sunrise that changes from the other observed at sunset. Hence, it was mentioned as both the Morning Star, in addition to the Evening Star.Pythagoras’ Theory: Identifying the Morning and Night-time StarPythagoras was the first one to recognize that the two distinctions seen on separate times of the day, was indeed one and the similar object. This revelation was of course accurate, even so, it was insured by an incorrect theory that the celestial body revolves about the Earth. The Copernican Model of the Solar Technique: Venus as a PlanetThe conceptualization of a sun-centered solar method was developed by Nicolaus Copernicus inside the 16th century. This led to the discovery that Venus can be a planet ( along with Earth, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn), and that it really is revolving about the sunlight.Galileo’s Revelation: The Phases of VenusIn 1610, Galileo Galilei seen by way of a telescope, that the Earth gradually adjustments to different phases as the night continues. And with each and every phase it goes through, the environment appears bigger. The phases began from a completely illuminated sphere, to a half-sphere, and then becoming crescent-shaped. Galileo concluded that the phases meant that Venus orbits the sun, and that the size associated with every phase, meant that it is moving adjacent to the Earth. The observation of Galileo confirmed Copernicus’ concept of the solar program, and debunked Pythagoras’ theory that Venus revolves around Earth.Extra DiscoveriesVenus is filled with sulfuric acid clouds which are really hot. The warm temperature causes all of its bodies of water to evaporate. Its surface is even stated to have a higher temperature than that of Mercury. The core element of Venus and its size are close to that of the Earth’s. As using the planet’s clockwise rotation, it was astronomer Robert Richardson who made the fascinating discovery.Revelations normally take the form of a gift wrapped in quite a few boxes. To find out what’s inside, the present has to be unwrapped extra than when. These historical events show that there was no single or sole observation, but rather a number of observations over the path of time that led to the discovery of planet Venus.

Mercury moves retrograde three times every year (on average) for about three weeks at a time. This is a time in astrology when astrologers tell you to catch up with all the little details that have been scattered in your life. In essence when you get in touch with astrology you will go with the flow of life and learn how to listen to the messages from the planets. The message from Mercury retrograde is: Do not start additional projects; complete what you have been working on for the past three months. Also it is not the best time to purchase anything new or major; use what you have, repair or get rid of items in your home and office that no longer work or no longer are useful to your present needs.

Mercury is retrograde from the sign of Libra and stations direct in Virgo; which is one of the signs that mercury rules, the other being Gemini. This retrograde will be a precursor of events to come and our intuitive guide for the major shift happening October 29th when Saturn moves into Libra.

(An event that happens ever 28 years)

Astrology is a complex subject and one of the secrets to learn astrology and become an excellent astrologer is to interpret each retrograde separately with the astrology chart for the time of the retrograde. September 7th at 12:45am EDT Mercury stations and retrogrades; cast an astrology chart for this time for where you are living or use the location of the capitol for the country you live in.

The chart placed in Washington DC gives the ascendant zero degrees of Cancer. This is a very sensitive degree in astrology. Pluto is at 0 degrees Capricorn conjunct the 7th house cusp, the line of other people. Further Mercury is square Mars in the first house indicating aggressive communication.

The communication of Mercury in Libra want to be nice and fair, and Mars in Cancer can be passive aggressive, so expect mixed signal and messages. When you feel uncomfortable or unsure of what someone is saying dig deeper to be very clear about what is expected. Mercury is moving from the sign of Libra to conjunct Saturn in Virgo. This signature is implying there will be a collective rethinking on serious issues in your personal life as well as rethinking issues in the government roles and work policies. It is indicating problems in Washington DC for the health care reform bill.

On a personal level it is important to ask: Where in your life do you side step issues because you want everything to be fine with no problems versus getting real about a problem and working hard at it? Are you afraid of saying the truth for fear of not looking good? Critical thinking is necessary to understand the nature of your relationships and to have people in your life that are right for you.

There are action steps to take for this Mercury retrograde. First and foremost is to catch up on loose ends, projects or promises that will help you achieve the goals you have. Recommit to personal health goals. Think about how you communicate with people you are in partnerships with. What is working in those partnerships and what is not quite right?

How can you have partnerships that are fair and balanced? Do you have that balance in your life? Are you fair to yourself when you talk to yourself and your mind is assessing all that you have done, want to do, and think you are supposed to do?

Astrology gives us another perspective on managing our lives productively. You don’t need to be an astrologer to understand these ancient and time tested principles of stepping back, taking a deep breath, and allowing time to catch up with your busy life.

This mercury retrograde I challenge you to use these three weeks to get caught up in all areas of your life that have loose ends. Astrology will help you stay on track with your spiritual development and help you in unfolding your greatest talents to have the life you were meant to life.

Article by Tyler Ryne

A funny thing happened on the way to the 2nd tee yesterday. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday, and my compatriots and I were sharing a foursome of Partagas #10′s, on our way down the course, and my phone chimed a web alert: My horoscope was in. It’s generally poor etiquette to pull out the cell phone on the links, but what the hell, right?

Then it hit me. Astrology recognizes 9 planets. And the course has 9 holes. Hmm. Profound? Cosmic? Surely there’s no such thing as coincidence.

Or maybe I’m just bipolar.

In any event, while my buddies were blah-blah-ing about divorce war stories and sharing battle scars, I formulated the prime strategy of astrological golf. (If this works, I’m getting my own show on ESPN. Fingers crossed.)

Hole 1: The Sun

Life, like golf, starts with self-awareness. The Sun is the spirit that enlightens. And I pretty much know by the end of the first hole how my day’s going to go… or not.

Hole 2: The Moon

Once you have awareness, you want to be aware of something. Being aware only of yourself, while quite “zen” and chic, is also pretty boring. We want experience! As the Sun is the light, the Moon is the reflector. What you learned on the first hole is beamed, reflected and broadcast down the fairway. (For better or worse, so consider the “experience” of quitting while you’re behind.)

Hole 3: Mercury

The god of communication, Hermes to the Greeks, Mercury to the Romans, represents the moment when the cigar hits its sweet spot, and the words begin to flow–many of them comprised of four letters. But Mercury also creates the roads, around the dog leg to Hole 4. Press on. And if you have little fairy wings on your Nike’s, all the better.

Hole 4: Venus

The goddess of love hovers over the fourth hole. And if you’ve had the pleasure of playing Cypress Point, you know this to be true. “As below, so above,” say the astrologers. And the pleasant consummation of love, on or off the course, is what Venus–and tee 4–are all about.

Hole 5: Mars

If Venus lives at Cypress Point, Pine Valley is the realm of Mars. The bad boy. The god of war, aggression and sex. Mars was porn before porn was cool. Halfway home, and time to get rowdy. Mars is smiling his horny little smirk.

Hole 6: Jupiter

Jovial Jupiter (two forms of the same Latin word, by the way) says, “You guys have turned this playground into a battlefield. Can’t we all just get along?” No. This is serious golf. Grow up, you pansy (I mean Jupiter, King of the Gods). On to the 7th tee, none to soon.

Hole 7: Saturn

The Grandpa of the gods, old Chronos himself. Like Archie Bunker, crotchety Saturn seems always to ask, “Why? Why? Why?” Much like me by the seventh hole. Cigar is gone. 19th hole couldn’t come faster. And my score tanked three holes ago.

Hole 8: Uranus

The Awakener, “Ouranos” means “sky” in Greek, and that’s where Uranus rules. Also a bit of the rebel–actually, a lot of the rebel–Uranus says, “Two to go. Get it and get out, while you’ve still got your balls in your bag.” (Uranus is also pun-master of the gods, apparently.)

Hole 9: Neptune

The Lord of Dreams. Neptune uses his watery vision–though, hopefully you’re not crying at this point–to dream of the Best Day of Golf in Your Pathetic Life. Score? What score? Oh, that score! Sure, it was awesome. (Trust me.) Can’t wait to play the back nine.

And that, in short, is the cosmic correspondence you probably suspected, but never were able to put your finger on. As below, so above. As in the sky, so on the links.

Next time: Fortune Cookies and the key to a birdie every hole.
